  • The “Human Resources & Safety” area at cbia.com has more information about electronic monitoring.
  • You can obtain the state’s electronic-monitoring poster by calling the Connecticut Labor Department at 860-263-6790. This poster is also available as part of CBIA’s “Poster Compliance Kit,” which contains all of the employment posters required by state and federal law.
  • CBIA’s “Employee Handbook Software” and "Personnel Policies that Work" both contain sample written policies concerning employees’ use of electronic equipment in the workplace and other HR topics.
