Creating Industry Experiences for Educators Through The National Science Foundation

CBIA was one of 60 institutions nationwide awarded a three-year National Science Foundation (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) grant. The program targeted community college and high school math, science and technology educators and offered them work-based learning opportunities in manufacturing ,engineering, (including biomedical engineering) and information technologies. Through this CBIA ATE program, CBIA set a national standard for professional educator development.
