CBIA and New Haven Businesses Sponsor CT State Scholars Book Drive to Help Area Students

The Connecticut Business & Industry Association and the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, along with a number of New Haven area businesses are holding a book drive to help New Haven students participating in the Connecticut State Scholars Program. New or used books for the Connecticut State Scholars Book Drive can be dropped off during the month of August at the following locations:

  • CBIA, 350 Church Street, 3rd Floor, Hartford
  • The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, 900 Chapel Street, 10th Floor, New Haven
  • New Haven Public Schools, Math Department, 444 Chapel Street, New Haven

The Connecticut State Scholars Program challenges all high school students to take tougher classes that will prepare them for success at college, in future careers, and throughout their lives.
