Volunteer to Help Connecticut's Schools

CBIA administers several programs designed to assist employers and their employees make a contribution towards the improvement of students' academic achievement. Your efforts will help young people better prepare themselves for success in higher education and the world of work. We're always looking for members from the business community who want to help.

*Math Volunteers in the Hartford area - volunteer time 1-3 hours per week and work with teachers in Hartford-area schools to improve CMT scores.
*Math Tutor in the Hartford area - tutor a student once a week after school.
*Class Speaker in the Danbury or New Haven area - speak to a class of middle school students to motivate them to complete high school courses that prepare them for college and high-wage careers.
