CBIA, Mayor to Celebrate Earth Day with Students from Hartford Public High School

 

On Saturday, April 16, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association will celebrate Earth Day with students on the campus of Hartford Public High School. In recognition of Earth Day 2011 and the Great American Cleanup, CBIA staff and volunteers from several area civic groups will work alongside students and teachers to clean up the neighborhood around the school.

 

Joining them at noon will be Mayor Pedro Segarra.

 

The cleanup is open to anyone who wishes to volunteer. Safety gloves will be provided, and breakfast and lunch will be served. Details are as follows:
