Job Shadowing and Mentoring

What is mentoring?

Business mentors are employees who are paired up with a student to offer career support, instruction, and encouragement. High school and college students can benefit from business mentors in their field of interest—role models who help them set and achieve academic and career goals. A mentor's guidance might include resume advice, roleplaying interviews, and structured work experiences.
