DEP proposing costly changes to stormwater permits
The Connecticut Department of Environmental Protecti on (D EP) is proposing changes to its stormwater general permit for industrial sources that would increase your costs and regulatory burdens. CBIA's Environmental Policies Council is working with DEP and our members to make changes before the general permit is finalized.
