The legislature’s Commerce Committee is expected to hold a public hearing next Tuesday, March 8 regarding a major brownfield proposal assembled by the state’s “Brownfield Workgroup”.
While the bill has not been formally published, the attached document reflects the language of the bill – subject to some formatting and technical corrections by the Legislative Commissioner’s Office that actually puts the language into bill form.
