DEP to hold hearing on proposal to modify stormwater general permit

(June 19, 2009) The Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 24 at 1:30 p.m. in Hartford on a proposal to renew, with modifications, the general stormwater permit associated with industrial activity.
