New notice available for posting

     Employers: A law (PA 99-284) requires that each employer that provides health insurance benefits to employees -- other than a self-insured employer -- must post in a conspicuous location a notice concerning the services provided by the new Connecticut Office of Managed Care Ombudsman (OMCO).

The OMCO only recently produced these notices. To obtain a notice for posting, contact the OMCO at 860-297-3980 or managedcare.ombudsman@po.state.ct.us.
