The CBIA Eyewear Savings Plan offers CBIA members and their employees discounts on the purchase of prescription and non-prescription eyewear. Your employees can take advantage of savings of 40% on all eyeglasses and 15% on conventional contact lenses. Service is available at thousands of locations throughout the country. The low annual fee of just $12 per employee includes dependents at no additional cost! As the employer, you can choose to pick up the whole tab or ask employees to pay all or part of the cost.

No minimum enrollment

There is no minimum number of employees needed to participate in order to enroll in this program. You can ask your employees to join voluntarily. Keep in mind that the simplicity of the program and its low cost make it a feasible plan for most companies to enroll all of their employees. Their dependents are automatically covered at no additional charge as an added benefit.

Unlimited selection

There are no limitations on selection. Choose from traditional, recreational or designer frames, all in a wide variety of styles, sizes and colors. All lens styles are available including high-index and progressive as well as upgrades including tints and anti-reflective coatings. However, the plan does NOT cover safety glasses.

No limitations

Once you're a member, you and your employees can use the card as often as you'd like. As long as your CBIA Eyewear Savings Plan membership is valid, you'll all enjoy these savings 365 days a year.

Add employees at any point during the year

Once enrolled in the program, you may add employees to the plan at any time during the year. There is no open enrollment period. Simply send us the changes/additions on your company’s letterhead along with a check.

Administrative ease

Best of all, there are no claims forms to fill out. Simply present the EyeMed Vision Care membership card to any participating provider, and pay directly...the discount is applied on the spot!
