The Password Protected area of CBIA's Employer
Web site
Securely access your company's insurance information
from the convenience of your office, home PC or laptop. With
your user ID and confidential password you can access specific
information including employee coverage data. You can view
real-time employee and dependent information — even
a copy of your bill, and your payment history.
If you would like to obtain access to the protected
area of CBIA's Employer Web site, please mail a written request
to CBIA (see below) or contact your Insurance Agent.
Your request needs to be on company
letterhead with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Job Title
- Your Email Address
- Your phone number
- Your User ID ( please select the ID you want to enter
when logging into the Employer Web Site).
We will mail you a written confirmation of your
request and supply you with a password to access the Employer
Web Site.
When selecting your Login ID, please choose
something you can easily remember. CBIA will NOT include your
Login ID within your letter of confirmation.
