Life insurance options for existing CBIA/Aetna
customers
Life insurance cannot be separated into classes of employees.
- Flat amounts starting at $10,000 to $50,000 in $5000 increments.
- 1 X annual salary to $150,000 max.
- 2 X annual salary to $150,000 max.
- 3X annual salary to $150,000 max.
- 1 X annual salary to $50,000 max.
- Salary schedule up to $50,000 max.
Supplemental life – schedule based on earnings up to
$150,000 max.Dependent Life: (employee must have life insurance
as well)
The benefit available is $1000 for a spouse and graded amounts
for children ranging from 0 to $1000 based on their age.
