What is CBIA
CBIA is the largest statewide business organization
in the country, with approximately 10,000 member companies.
We’re committed to giving you consistently superior
service. In survey after survey, our professional staff of
nearly 100 employees is ranked highly by our members on responsiveness,
expertise and courtesy.
Our main mission is advocacy on your behalf
CBIA is the voice of business and industry at the state Capitol
and before state administrative agencies. Our highly respected
public policy staff works with state legislators and government
officials to help shape specific laws and promote a regulatory
system that responds to businesses’ needs.
When you need help managing your company, we’ll give
you exactly what you need to keep up with an increasingly
complicated business environment. CBIA can update you and
your employees about state or federal laws affecting your
business; give you expert advice on personnel issues, taxes,
and safety and environmental regulations; and help you make
use of the latest advances in business management.
With approximately 10,000 member companies, CBIA effectively
represents all industry sectors in Connecticut including high
technology firms, manufacturers, construction and banking
and finance. Current members range in size from sole proprietorships
to some of the largest companies in the state.
How to Join CBIA
There are two ways you can join CBIA.

and mail it along with your check to CBIA.
