THIRTEEN CONNECTICUT BUSINESS EXECUTIVES ELECTED TO
CBIA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Thirteen Connecticut business executives were elected to four-year terms on the board of directors of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) at the association’s Oct. 28 annual meeting in Hartford.
CBIA is the state’s largest business organization, with 10,000 member companies throughout Connecticut. The board of directors approves the organization’s plans, policies, and strategies—and, in particular, focuses on ways to make Connecticut more competitive as a business location.
"It’s a pleasure to welcome these thirteen business leaders to CBIA’s board of directors,” said John R. Rathgeber, CBIA president and CEO. “Their input will be instrumental in making Connecticut a better place for businesses to compete, grow, and create good jobs in the state.”
