Find out what top experts predict for the area’s real estate development in 2010 at the annual Fairfield County Commercial Real Estate & Economic Development Outlook Conference.

Keynote speaker Kenneth McCarthy, managing director, New York Area Research for Cushman & Wakefield, will discuss the tristate area metro forecast for commercial and industrial real estate.

In addition, the program will include:

  • The Fairfield County Commercial Real Estate Brokers Panel and a detailed discussion of the local commercial and industrial outlook
  • A SiteFinder update from the Connecticut Economic Resource Center (CERC) and a demonstration of the latest developments related to this important real estate tool
  • The Fairfield County Development Panel and a discussion on economic development in major areas of the county

The conference is sponsored by RSM McGladrey, McGladrey & Pullen, Connecticut Light & Power, Yankee Gas, the Connecticut Business & Industry Association, CERC, UConn, and the Stamford Chamber of Commerce.

The cost is $25 for CBIA, Stamford Chamber, CERC, and UConn members and $35 for nonmembers.
