CBIA TO EXPLAIN NEW LAWS AT TRUMBULL SYMPOSIUM
Connecticut employers will learn about newly enacted labor and employment laws and trends affecting Connecticut businesses at the Connecticut Workplace Law Symposium. Fri., Oct. 22. 2004 The keynote luncheon speaker, Dr. Allan Colman, vice president of DecisionQuest, a research and trial consulting firm, will discuss ethical conduct of corporations. He will examine corporations on trial in the media and in the courtroom and how juror perceptions of corporate behavior influence the outcome of employment litigation.
