FOURTEEN EXECUTIVES ELECTED TO CBIA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Fourteen business executives were elected to four-year terms on the board of directors of the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) at the association’s Oct. 25 Annual Meeting in Cromwell.

CBIA is the state’s largest business organization, with 10,000 member companies throughout Connecticut. The board of directors approves the organization’s plans, policies and strategies, and particularly focuses on ways to make Connecticut more competitive as a business location.

"These 14 men and women are leaders in Connecticut’s business community, and we look forward to working with them to develop policies that will continue to improve the state’s business climate and help our members compete, grow and create more good jobs here,” said John R. Rathgeber, CBIA president and CEO.
