CBIA Employers’ Guide to Training Resources

The CBIA Employers’ Guide to Training Resources is designed to help companies find the training resources and funding they need to build a competitive workforce. It is the first all-in-one guide that puts the state’s training resources right at your fingertips.

This guide will answer your job-training questions in an easy-to-use format. We’ve also included information about some public and private training programs that have received high marks from employers to help you select the right training program to meet your work-force needs.

Below you will find the Table of Contents for the Guide. Each section is linked to a pdf file that you can download and print. We've also made the entire guide available as a pdf file (35 pages).

We hope the CBIA’s Guide to Training Resources is of service to you. Please let us know if you have found it helpful, if you have any questions or comments, or if you know of any programs that should be included in the guide, by contacting Bonnie Stewart at 860-244-1900 or at stewartb@cbia.com. Thank you.
