Deeply involved in the community, Fletcher has served on numerous boards of directors and advisory committees, for both business and nonprofit organizations.

A Connecticut native, Fletcher lives with her husband in Old Wethersfield, where she has been instrumental in historic preservation, a key driver of economic growth and sustainability.
