AI adoption is accelerating—but so are the risks. This session equips small businesses with clarity and confidence to implement AI responsibly. From basic data hygiene to safe‑use guidelines, learn how to put the right foundations in place early. 

Workshop 3 | 6.9.26 | 1-3 pm | Leading the AI Transition Inside Your Company 

AI success depends on people, not just technology. This session equips small businesses with the tools to communicate changes effectively, reduce employee resistance or fear, build trust, and foster a learning‑oriented culture. Participants learn how to align AI initiatives with strategic goals and maintain momentum over time.
