Joe Dias has led CBIA’s member engagement team since 2005, establishing and maintaining partnerships with key Connecticut business leaders and board development.

The engagement team coordinates outreach efforts to promote member involvement in legislative and regulatory affairs and raises the corporate awareness of the many products and services offered by CBIA.

CBIA supports your business through our one-of-a-kind statewide business development opportunities throughout the year, providing high-value event sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities that help you target key audiences and decision makers you want to reach.

Dias also leads the CBIA Foundation‘s investor support and outreach activities, driving the foundation’s long-term strategic economic competitiveness plan.

Prior to joining CBIA, Dias worked for AT&T as a global account director, focusing on the needs of Fortune 1000 companies in the United States to incorporate national contracts.
