Diane Mokriski is human resource counsel at CBIA, the state’s leading business organization.
She has over 21 years in private practice, representing and counseling Connecticut employers on a wide range of employment law issues.
Mokriski has represented businesses before administrative agencies, as well as state and federal courts, against workplace-related claims such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
She also routinely litigated contract issues pertaining to non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, as well the misclassification of independent contractors.
Mokriski holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University and earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut, where she served as executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review.
She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the labor and employment law section of the Connecticut Bar Association, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management.
