Issues & Policies

Hundreds of business leaders from across the state will converge on Hartford Tuesday, April 12 for Connecticut Business Day 2022.

This year’s event features a new format and a new location—the Bushnell Performing Arts Center, just across the street from the state Capitol at 166 Capitol Ave.

Business Day 2022 runs from 10 am-12 noon and takes a different approach than in past years, with an emphasis on networking with Gov. Ned Lamont and state legislators and informal conversations showcasing the needs of employers.

We will bring you up-to-speed on the latest issues from the legislature and the status of the business community’s policy priorities.

And we’ll provide you with the tools and resources to engage with lawmakers.

Food, Beverage Manufacturing Showcase

There will also be a number of Connecticut-based food and beverage manufacturers showcasing their products and providing samples.

The policy choices lawmakers make this year will determine the long-term strength and viability of Connecticut’s economic recovery and job growth.

Your presence at Connecticut Business Day sends a strong message that businesses are a part of the solution.

Registration is free, but we strongly encourage you to register in advance.
