According to a recent survey by Right Management, fewer than one in five office workers takes an actual lunch break.

Thirty-nine percent of the more than 1,000 North American workers polled say they eat lunch at their desk, but 28% report seldom taking any break whatsoever, and another 14% say they break for lunch only from time to time.

All in all, says Right Management, 81% are not taking what used to be considered a real lunch break.
