New Leadership Program for Women in Manufacturing

Women in Manufacturing now offers a Management Development Program.
This program is designed for prospective and new managers, and helps individuals further develop skills for success.
The program also provides participants with the tools to build a foundation for increased responsibility and promotion opportunities.
Topics include:

  • Inspiration from Within: Developing a Personal Vision
  • Essential Communication Skills for Emerging Leaders
  • Becoming a Person of Influence
  • The Hiring Process
  • Performance Management
  • Managing Successful Projects
  • Financial Concepts
  • Developing Your Professional Brand

The program is suitable for women with management potential and those with less than three years of supervisory experience.
Participants will meet at WiM Headquarters in Cleveland for the first session, and then participate virtually for seven webinars.
The program will conclude with an in-person session and graduation at the 2017 SUMMIT in Hartford.
Class begins on May 15. Registration is $2,000 per WiM member and $3,000 per nonmember.
