OSH National Advisory Committee Seats Open

OSHA is looking for individuals to fill multiple positions on the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health. 

The 12-person group advises the Secretary of Labor and Secretary of Health and Human Services on matters related to the Occupational Safety and Health Act. 

There are four vacancies on the committee.

Agency officials are looking for nominations for a public representative, management representative, labor representative, and an occupational safety professional representative.

The Secretary of Labor appoints committee members to the positions.

Appointees generally serve two-year staggered terms. 

OSHA is accepting nominations through the federal erulemaking portal until Aug. 31, 2022.
