Reyes Wins Special Election in 75th House

Longtime community activist and former Waterbury mayoral aide Geraldo Reyes Jr. (D) won a special election this week to the 75th state House seat.
The seat became vacant on March 9 following the resignation of Victor Cuevas.
Rep. Reyes, who was sworn in on Thursday, defeated Republican Raymond Work.
