DECD Adds Webinars to Small Business Tour
As the state Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) winds up its cross-Connecticut tour heralding new help for small businesses, the agency is adding two webinars for employers unable to attend the events.
DECD will hold online webinars on Wednesday, Jan. 18 (9-10 a.m.) and Thursday, Jan. 19 (1-2 p.m.) to review the nearly $180 million package of loans, grants and incentives available to small businesses. Those interested can register online now at the DECD website.
The final round of DECD’s in-person workshops includes:
- Monday, Jan. 9 – Meriden; Four Points Sheraton
- Thursday, Jan. 12 – Danbury; Matrix Corporate Center
- Thursday, Jan. 19 – Branford; Branford Community House
Each of these “Reinventing Connecticut” events will take place from 8:30 to 10 am. To register, or for more information, or visit the DECD website.
