MEDIA ADVISORY: Business Leaders Head to the Capitol

Hundreds of business leaders from across the state will converge on the Capitol Wednesday, March 20 for Connecticut Business Day 2019.

Regional Breakouts: 10:30-11:30 am

Business leaders will share concerns with lawmakers on a number of issues including the state’s fiscal condition, workforce development, workplace mandates, healthcare, and more.

Connecticut Business Day is hosted by CBIA and the Connecticut Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, in coordination with numerous state chambers of commerce and business and professional organizations.

The day’s program begins at 9:15 am at the Legislative Office Building (Room 2C). Governor Lamont is expected to address the crowd at 10 am.

Attendees will also get an opportunity to speak to legislators in regional breakout sessions.
