New legislation this year will put a new e-Regulations system up and running online no later than Oct. 1, 2014 (HB 6706,PA 13-247).

The new e-Regulations system will provide online access to all state agency regulations adopted after Oct. 27, 1970, including notices of intent to adopt new regulations and notices of proposed regulations.

Each state agency website will provide a link on its homepage to the new e-Regulations system.

This is a measure CBIA has supported for years and the association is pleased because it will provide greater access to regulations which currently are often hard to locate.
