Behind the Business: Autac’s Colleen McMurray

Connecticut native Colleen McMurray learned a number of new skills during her first year working at Branford manufacturing company Autac, Inc.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, she’s proud of the opportunities the company provides for her to live near Connecticut’s coastline. 

“I love the atmosphere, I love how it feels at home, and I like learning new things as I go along,” McMurray said.  

As the lead sales associate, she works with customers every day. It’s those customers and her team at the family manufacturer that keeps her going. 

“It brings me a little bit more out of my shell,” she said.
