Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin will outline his vision for business and government collaboration at a gathering of industry leaders and educators on Wednesday, April 6.
The event will mark the introduction of the CBIA Education & Workforce Partnership, formerly known as CBIA’s Education Foundation.

Featured speakers include Andrea Comer, executive director, CBIA Education & Workforce Partnership; Joe Brennan, CBIA president & CEO; and participants from various programs managed by the partnership.
The event will also feature the premiere of Nepal 2.0, the story of students from Hartford’s Academy of Engineering and Green Technology who developed a wind and solar powered system that brought electricity to two Nepalese villages for the first time. This is one of the partnership’s marquee projects.
