CBIA is hosting an internship breakfast on Tuesday, December 1 for companies interested in hiring a high school student.

Joe Brennan, CBIA president and CEO, will host the event.
Hear from companies who have benefited from hiring interns. In addition, three high school students from Hartford’s Academy of Engineering and Green Technology will be on hand to discuss their internships with local companies.
Andrea Comer, executive director, CBIA Education and Workforce Partnership, will also speak.
Over the past six years, 300 high school students from Hartford’s Academy of Engineering and Green Technology have used what they’ve learned at school to help engineering and law firms, communications companies, utilities, architectural and construction companies, and other businesses in the greater Hartford area.
The internships are arranged through the CBIA Education and Workforce Partnership.
