AI Engineers associate vice president Tariq Islam says policymakers must prioritize and fully leverage Connecticut’s $5.4 billion federal infrastructure funding allocation.
By utilizing public-private partnerships, Islam says companies like Middletown-based AI Engineers can continue to work with the state Department of Transportation and help streamline design and construction processes at a lower cost.
Islam says companies like his can also introduce new technology that will help Connecticut improve its transportation infrastructure more quickly and efficiently.
