DECD, DOL to Study Gender Wage Gap

Gov. Malloy has called for a study of gender-based wage disparities in Connecticut’s workforce. The departments of Labor and Economic Development are to study the factors that contribute to the gender wage gap and recommend actions to eliminate it.
