The National African-American Small Business Loan Fund will be available to Connecticut entrepreneurs this fall.
The program seeks to boost economic opportunity for minority-owned businesses, providing greater access to capital, technical assistance, and financial consulting.
According to an article in the Hartford Courant, the loans range from $35,000 to $250,000 and are given out on a first-come, first served basis.
Interested business owners can apply for the loans through VEDC.
