Discrimination Data Available Online

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has posted private sector workplace discrimination charge statistics covering the past three years for each of the nation’s 50 states, the District of Columbia, and other U.S. territories.

These data provide a look at EEOC charges broken down by the basis of discrimination, as well as the percent of total state and national charges. The agency will update the state data when new charge statistics are available each fiscal year.
