Quinnipiac University is looking for businesses to participate in a new co-op program to improve talent pipelines.

The School of Business recently announced the university is piloting an MBA co-op program to strengthen the graduate student experience and create ties with Connecticut-based businesses.

It is a chance for businesses to tap into new talent and mentor young professionals.

“We pride ourselves on working collaboratively to create experiential learning initiatives that work for both the employers and students,” said Quinnipiac University School of Business associate dean for career development Jill Koehler.

“Employers gain access to students who bring cutting-edge skills and new ideas to the workforce while students gain meaningful career opportunities and hone their knowledge and skills.”

Business partners do not need to have a formal or existing co-op program to be a pilot partner.

Business leaders interested in learning more about the opportunity can contact Quinnipiac University director of employer relations Brooke Penders.
