ReadyCT is the K-12 education and workforce development affiliate of CBIA.

Working together, CBIA and ReadyCT support programs that bring business, civic, and education leaders together to advance career-connected learning for students.

A key focus is the development of work-based learning opportunities in high-demand industries including advanced manufacturing, engineering, health sciences, and information technology.

Emphasis is placed on recruiting underrepresented students (girls and students of color) to explore these exciting fields.
