Business Law & Liability Council

Consisting of attorneys specializing in this area of business law, CBIA’s Business Law & Liability Council identifies and provides input on legislative actions and court rulings affecting business liability costs.
Members meet with legislators, provide input for amicus briefs and often provide testimony at public hearings to further CBIA’s policy agenda.
