Connecticut’s Offshore Wind Strategic Roadmap 

Released by the Department of Economic and Community Development Oct. 4, 2023, Connecticut’s Offshore Wind Strategic Roadmap summarizes the state’s strengths, commitments and investments in clean energy and offshore wind and identifies actions to support sustainable and equitable economic development of the industry statewide.

To support the execution of the initiatives outlined in the roadmap, Connecticut is launching the Connecticut Wind Collaborative—a nonprofit 501(c)(3), that will advance the offshore wind industry in by convening leaders from across the industry to foster collaboration within the state and the region.
