Paul Amarone is the advocacy outreach manager for CBIA, Connecticut’s leading business organization.

As part of the advocacy team, Amarone engages with a range of stakeholders, working to identify and promote policy solutions that drive job creation and economic growth.

Prior to joining CBIA, Amarone worked on several election campaigns, including as campaign manager for local, state,and federal races. He also worked as a project manager for the mayor of New Britain.

Amarone has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Assumption University.
