Tri-Share: Childcare Support for Your Employees

Connecticut employers play a critical role in helping working parents balance family and work responsibilities.
Tri-Share, a state-supported initiative, splits childcare costs three ways—between the state, the employee, and the employer—making it easier for employees to stay in the workforce while ensuring their children receive quality care.
This January 21 event featured:
- Hear directly from the Office of Early Childhood about the benefits of Tri-Share
- Learn from employers successfully implementing the program
- Connect with other business leaders across the state
