At this January 21 interactive HR Roundtable at C. Cowles & Company in North Haven, business professionals discussed best practices for managing discrimination and harassment complaints.  

This session covered: 

• How to implement policies that can prevent claims of discrimination and harassment  

• Strategies for responding internally to allegations 

• What to expect from the CHRO process 

An open discussion followed the short information session, with the opportunity to share challenges, exchange ideas, and learn what’s working for others in a collaborative setting.
