Jack DeOliveira is a senior policy director covering labor and employment law, land use and housing, transportation, and government oversight policies that shape Connecticut’s business climate.

Prior to joining CBIA, DeOliveira worked for the Connecticut General Assembly, the South Carolina State Treasurer’s Office, and a regional council of governments.

He previously served as an elected burgess for the borough of Naugatuck and currently sits on the board of finance in Thomaston.

DeOliveira holds degrees from Norwich University and the University of Alabama and is currently completing his PhD at the University of South Carolina.
