Hosted by the CBIA Foundation for Economic Growth & Opportunity and ReadyCT, these roundtables are your chance to weigh in on the Connecticut Workforce & Education Strategy Blueprint—and influence how its recommendations are put into practice in your community. 

At the session, you’ll get a clear overview of the blueprint’s key findings, hear how statewide priorities connect to regional needs, and help identify where action should start. 

The conversation will focus on practical implementation: what changes matter most locally, which partnerships are critical, and how employers and educators can better align to meet workforce demand. 

Developed with the generous support of JPMorgan Chase, the blueprint reflects strong private‑sector commitment to improving workforce outcomes statewide. 

It draws from extensive stakeholder input, labor market data, and program analysis, and is already influencing policy through the creation of the Connecticut Career Pathways Commission. 

These roundtables are an opportunity to move beyond the report and help define real, on‑the‑ground next steps.
