Bead Industries CEO Jill Mayer hosted CBIA’s annual women’s leadership summit, as we showcased how women are transforming Connecticut’s business landscape and economy.

KeyBank and Key4Women were proud to sponsor When Women Lead—KeyBank business banking sales leader Allison Standish-Plimpton opened the event with remarks about Key4Women’s support for the financial progress and empowerment of businesswomen through advocacy, connections, and financial guidance.

Department of Social Services commissioner Andrea Barton Reeves, Robinson+Cole’s Rhonda Tobin, and Sun Life’s Tammi Wortham shared their perspectives and experiences navigating and standing out in today’s workplace.

Women’s Business Development Council founder and CEO Fran Pastore explored strategies for fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment with Indelible Impressions Consulting’s Yvonne Alston, Philip Morris International’s Marian Salzman, and Torrington Savings Bank’s Lesa Vanotti.
