The Lee Company’s president and CEO, Marietta Lee, hosted CBIA’s annual women’s leadership summit, celebrating the power and potential of women in business. 

Connecticut Sun president Jennifer Rizzotti headlined this year’s event and spoke with KeyBank’s Allison Standish Plimpton about ways of creating a winning culture and capitalizing on opportunities.

McKinsey & Company partner Alix Burke dove into the consulting firm’s 10th annual Women in the Workplace report, and spoke with business leaders about empowering women at work and producing great results. 

Women’s Business Development Council founder and CEO Fran Pastore returned for an inspiring conversation with entrepreneurs about taking a leap and following their passions.
