For nearly a century, Martin Rosol’s Smoked Kielbasa has been a Connecticut tradition. 

Made in New Britain using the same recipe founder Martin Rosol brought from Poland in the early 1900s, the kielbasa is a living connection to the traditions, craftsmanship, and heritage of Connecticut’s Polish immigrant community. 

Fully cooked in Martin Rosol’s smokehouses, the kielbasa is made from premium cuts of pork and beef and is known for its rich, authentic flavor.

Available in numerous formats, from the classic ring to patties and cocktail-sized options, the product represents four generations of Connecticut craftsmanship, tradition, and quality.
